The Independent Baptist College of Asia Pacific (IBCAP) was established to prepare students for ministry as missionary-evangelists who have been called to preach the gospel throughout the world but particularly within the 10/40 window.  Classes are designed to equip the student with a solid Biblical foundation, and provide them with practical training in personal soul winning, discipleship, evangelism, church government, and foreign missions.

The Independent Baptist College of Asia Pacific is Independent Baptist in doctrine and association.  IBCAP is traditional in theology and practice, local church centered, local church supported, and local church planted.

IBCAP is a Filipino ministry, conceived and lead by Filipino pastors.  Its operating expenses are provided by independent Baptist churches in the Philippines.  Students are responsible for their educational expenses, but they may qualify for partial scholarships.

International partnerships

In order to provide the finest education possible, the Board of Directors receives academic assistance through the Dave Young Evangelistic Association (USA) and its resources.  Periodically, pastors, missionaries, and evangelists from all parts of the world are invited to enhance the educational experience of the students.
